What is Numies?
Numies is the NumericaIdeas Awards conducted each year-end to celebrate a few top contributors who worked toward the vision of the NumericaIdeas professional network while impacting more people and differentiating themselves by their commitments and presence.
The Winners?
For this 2023 edition of our program, there’s a major change. No more category-based Awards till we find sponsorship for each category. If you are interested in accompanying us in that way, ping us at sponsor@numericaideas.com.
In order, the winners are:
- Kemane DONFACK
Ranks first in the 2023 Top Contributors Award for the quality, quantity, and consistent commitment to making our community useful to other professionals. He authored 7 quality workshops, he’s one of the most-read authors of the platform, and he interacted on our Discord server. - Ismael MESSA
He ranks second in the 2023 Top Contributors Award mostly for the most engaged activity of the community, in which he federated people to jump in 10 Algorithm Challenge sessions held some Saturdays. He’s also part of the most-read authors on our blog while giving live to our Discord server. - Cedrick TAGNE
Ranks third in the 2023 Top Contributors Award for planning and giving life to our most popular YouTube video, a mock interview session watched by almost a thousand professionals around the globe. He is also authoring valuable content on the blog.

The Prizes?
As a motivation to keep them sharpening their skills and still contributing to the community, they are being given the following:
- All will have access to our premium resources (single usage license) worth thousands of dollars $$$$: modules, packages, and templates.
- They will be prioritized for job recommendations received by our partners.
- Free and open mentoring coaching sessions for the next 6 months.
- The first will have $100 of certification cost.

The Mission
NumericaIdeas is a technical community that creates opportunities for IT professionals, where you’ll secure your dream job, and indeed the group through which you can develop your hard and soft skills at your own pace. Our motto is “Discover, Learn, Build, & Share”.
We are not a training platform, but we are doing a lot of mentoring sessions for people learning by using training materials created by other organizations. We started our journey to build a network of professionals to grow our free knowledge-sharing community that’ll give you a chance to learn interesting things about topics like Career Optimization, Cloud Computing, Software Development, and Solutions Architecture.
